Samantha has travelled the world extensively with her family and arrived in Australia as a teenager. Since leaving high school ‘Sam’ knew she wanted a career in the marine and boating industry and started her pursuit with a position on a River Cruise boat in Perth, Western Australia. During this time, Sam completed her Marine Engineering qualification. This led Sam to the northern parts of Western Australia working on a whale watching vessel, and so began her love affair with the Kimberley’s Outback Coast! Hoping to return to these parts one day, Sam set off to continue her studies and broaden her experiences with work on a private Motor Yacht in the Mediterranean. Seven Star gives Sam the opportunity to again return to the Kimberley and she does so with her Master Class 5 certification in hand and is a delight to have as part of this Australian crew team. When Sam is not working, she is fishing, diving and generally enjoys all watersports.
